Information Checklist for Rendering or Animation production:

1. Google earth coordinates for project location.

2. Site plan, elevations, floor plans in dwg or 3D models in Sketch-up, or Max, Revit, 3ds or Rhino.

3. Desired view angles/paths by making up on the plan or saved in the model.

4. Furniture selection, layout, ceiling plan for interior.

5. Color, Material / Finish information, Landscape information, time of day / lighting condition.

6. Desired rendering style and quality reference image.

7. Other special requirements.

Usually the workflow for a project is as follows:

Step 1:

Submit the hand-sketch, sketch up or CAD files--location, elevation and floor plans, rendering style, deadline are included,We will promptly reply to your inquiry with a quote and contract upon receiving your files.

Step 2:

We start modeling and send the first model drafts to you for confirm the model and view angle, Please mark up any comments or revisions on the image and submit the mark-ups for next day updating.

.Step 3:

After that, We will generate a colour rendering with all materials and textures. The colour Model will have lighting, shadows, landscape and the backgroud scene setting including skies. Please mark up any comments or revisions on the image and submit the mark-ups for next day updating.

Step 4

Upon final approval, We will generate a high resolution full colour rendering and issue the digital file to you along with the Invoice. 

Our prices are based primarily on the amount of work we do and the client’s requirements, but we can provide a rough estimate of the price by email based on your request. Here, we provide you with a rough idea of general reference:
It will take 7-14 business days to complete the rendering project, usually for 1-2 weeks per minute for animation. Please let us know the delivery time and book in advance.

1. During the process of communication, the rendering (1500 pixels) with water mark will be provided for communication and confirmation.

2. The standard high resolution 3D images that we deliver are of 72DPI, Exterior 4,500Pixel/JPG or Interior 4,000 Pixel/JPG, could be applied to print A0 in maximum. and special requirements should be stated before the process of work.

3. For video, we provide several common resolutions for options: 720*576pixel, 1280*720 pixel or 1920*1080 pixel. If you need special resolution, you need to inform us before the final render production.
